Frankford Estates is located on the eastern edge of Baltimore City
Maryland in the Frankford community. Our development is composed of
170 townhouse and detached colonial style single family homes.
Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool and changing
facility/bathhouse.
Frankford Estates Homeowners Association Inc. handles the governing
matters of the development. Property management for Frankford Estates
is performed by KLR Property Management, Inc. Six committees assist
the Board in making decisions that preserve the interest and quality of
the development as well as communication between the Board and
association members.
All members are encouraged to join the committees of their choice and
help make our development a wonderful place to live. Committees are:
Budget & Finance, Pool & Clubhouse, Security & Safety, Social &
Welcome, Covenant/Architectural, and Communications.

DATES & FACTS TO REMEMBER Board The HOA Board meets every fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. Residents are encouraged to attend. Be sure to check for schedule changed before attending. |
